About 45–60 minutes before you plan to go to sleep, you're going to make your first PM drink. Here's how:
Take one scoop of the powder and mix it with 8–10 ounces of water. It can be cold, room temperature, or hot — whatever you prefer. Use a frother if you have one. The flavor is lemon chamomile, and it's designed to be something you actually look forward to.
Now here's the part that matters: don't just drink it and immediately scroll your phone or watch TV until you pass out. This is your wind-down window.
Dim the lights in your space. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb or Sleep mode. Let your body start getting the signal that the day is ending.
You don't need a 90-minute evening routine. Just give yourself that window where you're not stimulating your brain with screens and stress.
