PM Restoration is a powder. You'll mix one scoop with water and drink it in the evening, about 45–60 minutes before bed. It supports your body's ability to restore overnight — calming your nervous system, supporting cellular repair, and setting you up for better sleep.

AM Activation is a capsule. You'll take three of them in the morning within 30 minutes of waking, with water. It supports your body's ability to produce energy throughout the day — not through stimulants, but through actual cellular function.

Let's start with tonight.

About 45–60 minutes before you plan to go to sleep, you're going to make your first PM drink. Here's how:

Take one scoop of the powder and mix it with 8–10 ounces of water. It can be cold, room temperature, or hot — whatever you prefer. Use a frother if you have one. The flavor is lemon chamomile, and it's designed to be something you actually look forward to.

Now here's the part that matters: don't just drink it and immediately scroll your phone or watch TV until you pass out. This is your wind-down window.

Dim the lights in your space. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb or Sleep mode. Let your body start getting the signal that the day is ending.

You don't need a 90-minute evening routine. Just give yourself that window where you're not stimulating your brain with screens and stress.

That's Night 1. Let the PM do its work while you sleep.

When you wake up tomorrow, that's AM Day 1.

Take three capsules of AM Activation with a full glass of water within 30 minutes of waking. You can take them with or without food — but if you can handle it, an empty stomach tends to support better absorption. If you're someone who gets a sensitive stomach with supplements, take them with a light breakfast. Either way works.

Put the AM jar somewhere you'll see it every morning. By your coffee maker / tea ketlle. Next to your water glass. Wherever your morning already starts. You're not adding a task — you're anchoring the new habit to something you already do.

That's your first morning. Simple. Repeatable. Done.

How this Fits Into Your Life

You don’t need to overhaul your life. This system is designed to fit into it.

I love my morning coffee — do I need to quit?

We're not going to tell you to quit coffee. But we are going to ask you to experiment.

AM Activation already contains 50mg of caffeine from natural green tea — about half a cup of coffee. It's paired with L-theanine for calm, steady alertness without the jitters.

After you take your capsules, wait at least an hour before having any additional caffeine — that includes coffee, tea, energy drinks, anything caffeinated. Give the formula time to do its work.

Here's what we've found: most people feel more energy from the capsules alone than they expected. That first hour is when you'll notice it — a clean, steady alertness without the spike.

After that hour, check in with yourself. Do you actually need coffee right now? Or do you just want it out of habit?

We get it — a lot of people love the ritual. The smell, the taste, the act of making it. That's real, and we're not trying to take it away. But there's a difference between enjoying coffee and depending on it.

So here's what we ask: delay an hour, pay attention to how you feel, and decide from there. Some days you'll want it. Some days you won't. Over time, you'll figure out what you actually need — and that's the goal. Keep the main thing the main thing: finding the energy that works for your life.

I work out in the morning — should I take AM before or after?

Before. Take AM when you wake up, then head to your workout.

The formula supports energy production and mental clarity — it's not going to interfere with training. If anything, it helps. If you train fasted, taking it on an empty stomach is fine. If you eat something before you train, take it with your food.

Should I keep taking my multivitamin and other supplements?

Probably your multivitamin, yes. Your other supplements — it depends.

Multivitamins are generally complementary to Revyval. They cover broad nutritional bases that our formulas aren't designed to replace. Keep taking yours if it's part of your routine.

For everything else, compare what you're currently taking to our supplement facts for PM and AM. Look for overlap — ingredients like magnesium, CoQ10, zinc, NMN, resveratrol, glycine, or L-theanine (this list is not exhaustive so be sure to check the supplement facts for both AM and PM).

If you're taking something we already include, you don't need both. Our formulas are dosed at clinical levels, so doubling up isn't just unnecessary — it can be too much for your body, and it's costing you money for something you're already getting.

The simple rule: remove the overlaps, keep everything else.

When should I take AM — with food or without?

For best absorption, we recommend taking AM on an empty stomach with a full glass of water.

That said, some people do better taking it with a light breakfast — especially if certain ingredients like CoQ10 are easier on your stomach with food. If that's you, that's fine. Results may just take slightly longer to notice. Either way works.

What if I travel a lot?

Bring both. PM mixes with bottled water in a hotel room. AM capsules travel easy. Shift PM timing gradually when crossing time zones. Don't let a trip break your momentum — consistency matters more than perfection.

What if I miss a day?

No stress. Just take PM tonight and pick up where you left off. Don't double up. Miss a few days? Same answer — just resume, don't overcorrect. What matters is getting back to it, not being perfect.

What to Expect

Everyone responds a little differently. Some people feel it right away. Others take a few days to adjust — especially if you've been running on empty for a while.

Both are normal. The first reaction isn't always the permanent one.
Days 1–3

The Reset

Sleep may come easier. Less late-night mental noise. Some feel great right away, others feel deeply rested but slightly groggy — your nervous system is finally downshifting.

Days 4–7

The Shift

Mornings feel more consistent. More staying power through the day. Less of a dip in the afternoon. This is when most people start to feel the rhythm.

Days 8–14

The Rhythm

Steadier all-day energy. Cleaner focus. Fewer cravings for caffeine or sugar. The protocol is reinforcing the habits. The stack is doing its work.

Weeks 3–4

The Click

Energy feels more predictable. You recover faster from bad nights. Stress doesn't knock you out like it used to. The system isn't something you're doing anymore — it's just how you operate.

Day 66+

The Lock-In

The habits are automatic. The energy is your new normal. You're not doing the system anymore — you're living it.

Some people feel off the first few days — groggier than expected upon waking, or jittery after AM. If that's you, this doesn't mean it's not working. It means the opposite.

Your body is recalibrating. And because our formulas are clinically dosed — not underdosed like most supplements — some people need to ease into the full serving.

If PM feels too strong:

Take it earlier — 90 minutes before bed instead of 60

Start with half or three-quarters of a scoop for a few nights and work your way up to a full scoop

If AM feels too intense:

Start with 1–2 capsules and work your way up to 3

Take with a light breakfast if you're sensitive to supplements on an empty stomach

If you haven't “felt” anything yet:

This is different from what you're used to. AM isn't designed to feel like a caffeine spike — no boost and no buzz. It's a quieter kind of energy. You'll notice it in what you get done, not in how wired you feel. If you're more focused, more productive, and not crashing by 3pm — it's working.
