  • Member / User: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Revyval System Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Revyval System and use the services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Revyval System as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Revyval System to use the Services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thanks for joining at Revyval System. We appreciate the fact that you like to invest in the programs and resources we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring and evaluating the platform, and activating access to programs and resources.

As with any educational investment, there are terms and conditions that apply to enrollments and membership access on Revyval System. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by enrolling or activating paid access at Revyval System, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Revyval System’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s an issue with your membership access, program materials, or platform service, or if you are not happy with it, you may contact us to discuss the issue, but please note that generally, we do not issue refunds for your membership period / enrollment once access has been provisioned.

Refunds

We at Revyval System commit ourselves to supporting our members with high-quality educational resources and platform tools. Every program and resource is reviewed for quality and delivered via platform access with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our programs.

Sadly, there are times when a resource, cohort, or feature may be unavailable or temporarily limited. In such cases, we may have to cancel your enrollment. You will be notified about it in advance and will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We verify credentials before enabling membership access. We take utmost care to ensure digital delivery and access availability through the platform.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality member care:

  • We DO NOT offer cancellations after access is delivered except as required by law or as stated in the enrollment terms.
  • We DO NOT accept refund requests after platform access has been provided, except as stated in these terms.
  • Refunds are NOT provided for enrollments once access is provided, except as stated in these terms.

For International Members:

  • We DO NOT support Transfers or Downgrades.
  • If you cancel the enrollment, once access is provisioned, changes may be limited. Access is typically enabled within 1 hour.
  • Once access is activated, cancellations and refunds are handled per these terms.
  • If you face any issues, please contact our Support Team immediately.

Your Consent

By using our website, registering an account, or registering an account, or enrolling / activating paid access, you hereby consent to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes To Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here.
