Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Access Activation & Resource Provisioning

All enrollments and optional add-on fulfillments are processed within 1–3 business days after access is activated. If your enrollment includes physical program resources (Tools, Fuel, or Manuals), you will receive a confirmation email with dispatch tracking information.

Provisioning Methods

Physical program resources are dispatched via our network of courier partners. We offer the following provisioning options:

  • Standard Resource Dispatch: Estimated arrival in 3–7 business days

  • Priority Resource Dispatch: Estimated arrival in 1–3 business days

Arrival times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules. Estimates begin after the optional physical resources have been dispatched from our facility.

Logistics Fees

Logistics and handling fees (if applicable) are calculated during enrollment / add-on activation based on location and dispatch method.

International Access

Digital Platform Access: Available globally immediately upon enrollment. Physical Resource Dispatch: We do not currently offer international dispatch for physical tools at this time. International members may utilize digital equivalents where available.

Tracking Resources

Once your physical tools have been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number via email. You can also view the status of optional tools through your member dashboard.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your location address (for optional physical resources) is entered correctly during enrollment/add-on activation. Revyval System LLC is not responsible for resources that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Member.

Lost or Compromised Materials

If an optional physical resource is lost or arrives compromised, contact our support team within 7 days of the arrival date with your dispatch confirmation number and photos of the compromised materials. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

Enrollment / Fulfillment Changes or Cancellations

Optional resource dispatches can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
